How I quit Smoking


 It all started as a habbit , I used to only smoke occasionally whilst drinking and I became a full time smoker when I started working, couldn’t deal with the work pressure and smoking was one thing that calmed me down.

I smoked for 9 years , I thought about quitting but I never really was serious 🧐 

One day a friend of  mine had gotten into vaping, she introduced me to vaping and convinced me it was better than cigarettes, so I tried it.

Yes, for me vaping was better than cigarettes, the flavors tasted much better and I could smoke almost anywhere and everywhere because it did not smell like cigarettes but smelled like fruit flavored gum.

I tried smoking cigarettes again after vaping and I hated the taste of regular cigarettes to a point where I gagged.

I knew from that day, that I would never smoke cigarettes again and it was time to stop vaping too.

I gave myself a year and finally I threw my vape away.

I feel so free and I’m so grateful to have quit this bad habit.

To all those who want to quit smoking, I’m here to tell you that it’s possible, you have to win your mind and God will help you. Keep a positive mind and believe that you will overcome this habit.
