Hi there, If you are struggling to lose weight and have tried different diets and excercises but have not really seen a big improvement, you might want to try itermittent fasting. If you have fat around your belly, intermttent fasting might be the best solution for you. Where to start? Firstly you need to be fed up with your belly fat! That will be a big motivation for you to go on! You can simply skip breakfast and lunch and only eat supper. The key is to allow your body to go on for a minimum 16 hours without food and after the 16 hours you can enjoy a healthy meal. When you fast you give your body enough time to digest and push bowel movents while burning fat.It's really that simple and I don't want to waste your time, the only important thing to remember is to eat healthy when you brake your fast. What to eat? You need a very balanced meal that consists mainly of FIBRE,PROTEIN AND HEALTHY FATS.Consume foods that give you all the good nutrients. Eat fresh vegetables, fruits and foods that consist of healthy protein and fats. Make sure you eat enough,not too much! You just need energy for your fast. Go on and make your food delicious or else this journey will frustrate you! Remember you are not necesarily on a strict diet! You can still have dessert after your meal :-). Hydration It's very important to stay hydrated throughout your fast and after . Drink lots of water and if you feel hungry during your fast then you can drink tea or coffee, I would stick to black tea! No sugar, no cream! sugars and creams brake your fast and it becomes pointlesss to continue and you wont see the results you are hoping for so it's best to avoid sugar or cream during your fast. Try this for 7 days and you will be singing praises!!!
